I am swapping my construction boots for a pair of walking boots.  Although I am really a reluctant fair-weather walker, a fellow Master Builder has inspired me to walk 100 km during February.

As getting out for a daily walk is good for your mental health, I thought it would be good to raise some money at the same time for the Lighthouse Club.

They have a FREE helpline for any construction worker who needs some support.  It is available 24/7.  It costs approximately £12 an hour to maintain this vital helpline. 

I have set a target of £290 which is the cost of providing their FREE helpline for 24 hours.

Can you give something towards this target?  Whether you support half an hour or several hours, it would be much appreciated.  

In these unusual times, we are all sailing in different boats but we are in the same choppy waters.  If we are staying afloat that is good but when we start to sink...........that is when we need to reach our for a helping hand.
