This year on Saturday 3 July, I will be taking part in the Southend Moonlight Colourthon - a 13.1 mile walk through the evening from Chalkwell Park along the seafront to Westcliff and back through Old Leigh.  I hope to do this in 4 hours and so finish at midnight.

All monies will be donated to St Luke's Hospice in memory of my sister-in-law.
