I will be cycling the distance  to Ben Nevis during June 2021, but as I’m committed to teaching my martial arts classes I will not be leaving Essex.

Instead my aim is to cycle 125miles every week during the month of June 2021. To raise the cost of a portable defibrillator, a vital piece of First Aid equipment for any Sports Club.
