We did it! And we've got the T-shirts and medals to prove it!

On Sunday 14th September, which turned out to be one of the hottest days of the year, we completed the London Duathlon!

Although our modest aim was merely to complete the course, it turned out to be a highly professional operation with lots of serious competitors and as we have been informed of our times and positions, we thought we might as well share them (the Ts below are for Transition i.e. the time it took to get or return your bike in between runs - you can see from my times (Anne) that I was using Transition to have a little rest!):

We participated in the Duathlon to raise funds for a new CT scanner for Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, which has provided our family and friends with outstanding care and service over the years - especially, though not exclusively, in the maternity care and paediatrics department.  Any donations would be much appreciated.
