Story
Well it wasn't easy... in fact it really was quite hard given that my feet were not remotely in a tip top state.
But I did it, I got round the 13.1m course for the Ealing Half Marathon... slow, yep but my aim was to start and finish and that's what I did!
It was a great ( altho painful) experience and, because there was just so much fantastic support throughout the route and particularly on the much needed home stretches where at several sections I really felt like just giving up, I didn't - I ploughed on.
I'm aching and sore but somewhat exhilarated because it's quite an achievement really isn't it?
