I'm running memory of my lovely friends daughter Jasmin Amelia Adam.

Jasmin Amelia Adam was a beautiful, intelligent, loving and sparkly 9 year old when tragically she lost her battle with Eisenmengers Pulmonary Hypertention in February 2007.

The Childrens Heart Unit Fund helps with treatment and support in these difficult often isolating times from diagnosis right through the journey.

It’s very easy to look at her picture and think of her leaving us but that’s not the point.

Jasmin lived a full and happy life and was very much loved and adored by her younger brother, parents, grandparents and everyone who met her. To know Jasmin was to love her.

There are sadly many children living with a life limiting illness who are being supported by CHUF and who need understanding and support.

Being told your beautiful child has a life limiting illness is life changing and desperate. Having the support to live with the news and embrace the life you have is essential.

Please help CHUF help families like Jasmin's.
