I am taking in the challenge of the great North run in September for the Christie cancer charity in memory of my dad and brother who we lost to this disease. 

I haven't run for a good few years and I've not run more than 6 miles ever! So this will be a huge challenge for me but it's for a good cause so please donate what you can and give me the morale boost to do this!
