I've taken leave of my senses and agreed to cycle from Lands End to John O'Groats. It's been a busy few months fitting in all the training rides, spinning classes and bootcamp but hopefully I'm ready to (or as near as I ever will be!) give the 1000miles my best effort? As it is a once in a life time experience I'd like the Alzheimers Society to gain from the challenge, so hope you will sponsor me?
