I do at least one event each year because too many people I know or have known have suffered from cancer. This one is for my dear friend Angie King, one of the loveliest and most long suffering people I have met. Rest in peace Angie. You were dearly loved. 

Nikki, Gemma and I will be running, and dancing, 5K at the Electric Run, Wembley on Saturday 2nd. May.

Then I'll be getting Pretty Muddy in Preston on July 18th.
