Can you believe it?! On the first of July I will be swimming 1 mile in the murky waters of Salford Quays in order to raise money for the local charity BASIC.

BASIC provides emotional, practical and physical support for those with brain and spinal injuries. After hearing of the help they provided for a friend and colleague, I am keen to raise as much money as possible to help them support others with such injuries.
