Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Anyone could be a carer – a 15-year-old girl looking after a parent with an alcohol problem, a 40-year-old man working full-time whilst caring for his partner who has terminal cancer, or an 80-year-old woman looking after her husband who has Alzheimer’s. Carers make enormous sacrifices, often putting aside their education, careers, social lives and even their own health and wellbeing in order to care.

Carers Trust Wales supports over 36,000 carers, working with 11 Network Partners around Wales. We offer carers of all ages practical support and advice as well as campaigning for carers rights and delivering programmes, to producing key information for carers managing medicines and working with a range of professionals to ensure carers are better supported.

Thanks to your generous donation, Carers Trust Wales will be able to help alleviate the pressure from the lives of carers in Wales, making a real and lasting difference to their wellbeing, physical and mental health.

Young Carers don't get enough support so being a carer myself I want to help raise money to support others that don't get any support
