My mum died Jan 2014 after a long 2 year battle.  She began this horrible journey with a tumour in her Oesophagus.  This is one of the worst cancers and very difficult to treat but the tumour shrank through treatment which was a miracle.  Unfortunately she developed a brain tumour which we were told was a completely separate cancer to the Oesophageal one.  They discovered a 6cm tumour in her brain which was devastating. To get two different cancers in ones life is horrific and  more research into brain tumours and Oesophageal cancer really needs to happen and by doing the sponsored sing I am hoping to raise as much as possible to perhaps help in a small way!
