Another year on...I am upping my game a bit with a swim , cycle and nordic walk , emulating the super sprint triathlon distances  of 400 m swim, 10 k cycle and 2.5 run. I will do it consecutively on Wednesday 12th May. 

After a lockdown year in the relative safety of my home, I am compelled to use the freedom and energy I have to help make a difference to those in need.
