Russell and Anna are taking part in the Pedal for Scotland Event on 13 September 2009.  We'll be cycling from Glasgow Green and 50 or so miles later arrive in Victoria Park, Edinburgh.

We'll be raising funds for Maggies, a place to turn to for help with any of the problems, small or large, associated with cancer.

Had a great day cycling, even though we both ache head to toe.  Started off with an early pick up destined for Glasgow, setting off from the start line at 9am.  Some wonderful scenery through Drumpellier Country Park  and the back roads from Airdrie to Avonbridge.  Had a little fuel stop at Linlithgow Palace and cracked on through Kirkliston, Crammond Brigg taking in a cycle path all the way to the finnish line in Victoria Park  at 3pm.
