Along with some of the girls I work with at D8, I'm going to take part in this year's Pretty Muddy 5k race in support of Cancer Research UK!

Those who know me will understand that this will be tough as I ain't no runner but also, as this is an illness which has affected my family unfortunately too many times. I will be running, throwing myself over obstacles and traipsing through mud - probably in the rain - especially for my Dad, who would be creasing himself if he could see me do this!

Any sponsorship will be greatly appreciated as any further steps in preventing and treating cancer will make a huge difference to so many sufferers and their families (this goes out especially to Keren and her family x).
