Sadly my Dad, Daddy Dino, passed away on May 1st 2012 after a long battle with Acute Myloid Leukaemia. He was just 56.

In memory of him I have decided to take part in a number of 5K "colourful" charity runs in his memory. What better way to honour such an amazing man who bought so much happiness, love, laughter and "colour", not only into my life, but into the lives of all his family and friend's as well.

I am aiming to raise £1560.00 for my chosen charity which is Josie's Dragonfly Trust. The reason I have chosen this charity is because for my 21st birthday my Mum & Dad bought me a beautiful locket with the phrase "Strength, Courage & Happiness" engraved on it. This locket goes with me at all times and helped me through some difficult times. It will definitely be with me on all my runs!
