As you all well know I am totally unfit and was inspired/forced into running by Hazel! Amazing after three months I am about to run a 10K (hopefully I will finish!)  Anyway it is a fabulous charity, cancer is a disease that everyone is aware of and will know some who has had it/has it.  Such a diagnosis has a massive impact on the patient, their family and friends.  WPH is a great hosiptal with services for patients, not forgetting the relatives at such a hard time! So dig deep chaps! Money required for this great cause! :-) Thank you! Any size of donation greatfully recieved! xxxxx
