I'm doing the Richmond River Run again on the basis that a) what doesn't kill you makes you stronger and b) it's for good causes including Cancer research, Help for Heroes and Bliss - not so good for my poor old feet perhaps but they will do their best.(it's just stairs that hurt now.....)
