On April 17 my father was cruelly taken from us by Cancer. On May 29 I will be taking part in the Mayflower Walk covering 14 miles to raise money for the St Helena Hospice, who enabled us to keep dad at home and surrounded by his loved ones throughout his illness. If you can spare a few quid, it'll be going to a good place that helps families like ours be together in the most dreadful of circumstances, when it counts the most.

You'll also, of course, have my undying gratitude.
