On October 1st, I will be running an inflatable 5K obstacle course race (quite a mouthful!) to raise much needed funds for Emmaus.
In aid of this amazing charity, I'll be doing 2 laps (30+ inflatables) of this bouncy and slightly scary-looking obstacle course (claimed to be "the world's largest and best Inflatable 5K"), all for a really great cause. All donations are really appreciated, and will be put to great use at Emmaus.
