I shall be completeing a sponcered 5K haloween fun run through Battersea park in London this October 28th!

The money i raise will be used to help support and improve the conditions of many stroke patients throughout the UK. Through this event, it is possible that the families of those affected may also benefit from improvements in the care of stroke patients.

Quite simply, strokes can be a scary and confusing experience. With your help, the lives of those who have suffered from a stroke can become more positive and most definitely worth living!   Thank you.
