In memory of Alex Konarzewski

Story

When Alex died, I decided to do something positive in his memory. He had suffered from dysphagia (difficulty with swallowing) and we had collected a great deal of information to form self-help strategies. Urged on by the medical profession, I wrote a guide on how to cope with dysphagia including hints, tips and recipes. Presumably, you have downloaded a copy from my website www.dysphagia.eu or been given a printed copy and now wish to make a charitable donation.

Thank you for taking the time to visit this page which will benefit the Midlands Air Ambulance. Please make sure you click the Gift Aid button if you are a UK taxpayer and the charity will benefit even further. I hope you find the guide useful and thank you for donating.
