We’ve decided to do what we can to raise some money for St Michael’s Hospice in Hereford. Earlier this year my beautiful family friend, Ali, sadly lost her battle with cancer and passed away at the hospice. She was a truly incredible lady and dedicated lots of her time to fundraising, her wish was for her family and friends to continue raising money for her chosen charities. I’ve been thinking of her lots lately- so this is for you Auntie Al. 

Kath and I have decided to run a distance of 50miles spread across the month of November. As we approach winter, and the cold, dark and rainy nights creep up on us, this will be a challenge. But we are determined to stay motivated and hopefully make some money for this fantastic cause. We will, of course, respect the government guidelines in the current situation.
