I am taking part in the TIMEX WomenOnly Triathlon on 4 July to raise money for Breast Cancer Care and to help me get fit again after giving birth 9 months ago.

This is a massive challenge for me as I have never been involved in a multi-sport event before! I've always wanted to do it so here I go.

And I'm hopeful that we can help make a positive difference to some of the families who are affected by breast cancer, providing them with support when they really need it.
