Story
I know this is very random and a bit weird but hear me out. I'm a big fan of eating meat. I eat it every day and for most meals. I also love cheese, dairy, chocolate, and of course CAKE.
Going vegan for two weeks will be a HUGE challenge for me. A massive lifestyle change. But I wanted to do something challenging and hard - something that makes me uncomfortable and makes me think.
I know eating a lot of meat isn't great for the environment and that the way meat and dairy is produced is often questionable for animal welfare. So I wanted to see what it would be like if I took a bit more thought into what I ate. Perhaps help me see different options of eating in the future, rather than always relying on meat.
I start Monday 3rd June. And I'm terrified.
