We have all been affected by cancer, in one way or another.  I will run my first marathon to fund life-saving research into Ewing Sarcoma, a rare and very aggressive form of Bone Cancer, primarily affecting children and especially teenagers. 

Liberty had only just celebrated her 14th birthday, a day she was determined to make, when she gained her angel wings, having fought a courageous 13 month battle with Ewing Sarcoma. When Libs discovered that the cancer had spread, and that nothing further could be done, her greatest wish was for no other young person or family to suffer as she had. Her idea for Liberty’s Legacy was born, to raise awareness and vital funds for Ewings research in her name.  

Liberty went to the same schools and swimming clubs as my children, and so this devastating sadness is very close to my heart, and truly inspirational. I, and all of Liberty’s friends and family would be so grateful if you could sponsor me to complete this challenge, and raise some much needed funds.
