Join us for our new 10,000 Steps A Day, February Fitness Challenge. Walking is proven to impact positively on our fitness and wellbeing. By joining the OCCTOPUS 10,000 Steps challenge and completing 10,000 steps every day throughout February not only will you reap the health benefits, you'll also be supporting vital research into Colon Cancer, Crohn's Disease, Colitis and continence. You can complete your steps however and with whoever you like. You could head to your local park to enjoy some fresh air, discover a new route every day or stay at home and complete your challenge around your house or garden. You can step out on your own, walk with your family or meet up with friends whichever suits you best. Raise over £100 and get an Occtopus bobble hat! Upwards of 1200 patients in Oxfordshire alone need bowel surgery for cancer, Colitis, Crohn's and continence issues each year. By taking part you will help us transform the treatments for patients experiencing these diseases.
