I will be running the BUPA Great Manchetser 10k on the 15th May in aid of The Alzheimers Society. This charity is one very close to my heart, my Grandma suffered with Alzheimers, who died 2 years ago and my Grandad is now in a  home due to the effects of this disease. There is no current cure but this charity works hard to improve the quality of life of those affected with dimentia.

The training is underway and I'm aiming to raise £250.00, so I'd really appreciate your support! Running certainly isn't my forte but I will do my best. Promise!
