The NACC (National Association for Colitis & Crohns Disease) is the charity that has supported Rich loads through all his Crohns related dealings... as a way of saying thank you I've decided to do some fundraising for them...

 

To start with I'm running a 5k at the Swindon Mad March Hare run & then doing the Bristol 10k...
