The old trainers are out again and for the 3rd year I am doing the London BUPA 10k.

My mission is to get round in less than one hour and beat my PB.

My charity this year is the MS Society who do so much work not only in researching MS but providing support and resources for those that have MS and their families. All donations gratefully received as always
