3T have been a supporter of Rainbows Hospice for many years but this year we are upping the ante and pushing ourselves (some more than others). 

We have entered individuals into: half marathons on Sunday 21st September and Sunday 26th October; 2 teams of 4 into the Cummins corporate relay (3.25 miles each) on Sunday 26th October; and troops into 10k Major Series on 27th September (running through the muddiest and murkiest water, up and down the steepest hills and over some of the very best obstacles).
