I am taking another challenge on 03/05/10 and going to try to finish 10k faster than in the Hyde Park! (57min). 

Where: Cassiobury Park in Watford. I 'm going to run through The Bluebell woods! :) 

I am supporting local charities including Watford Mencap.

UPDATE:

I'VE MADE IT !!!! :) I did it in 53min!! I am quite pleased as the route was a bit tougher than a lovely flat Hyde Park! And weather was cheeky too! For times table go: www.watford10k.org.uk/results/2010_10k_all_runners.pdf

Watford Mencap today supports over 500 children and adults in the Watford and South West Herts area who have learning disabilities, such as Down’s syndrome, autism and cerebral palsy.

Sadly, many of these children are socially excluded from mainstream activities and discriminated against due to their disabilities and behaviour.
