On Friday 15th November 2019 Theo and I are taking on the Sleepout Challenge by swapping our cosy beds for sleeping bags to support homeless people in Dacorum.

Sometimes I complain that I’ve had a rubbish night’s sleep. But that’s just one night. Some people have that every single night. It doesn’t matter why someone is homeless, no one deserves to be. No one deserves to feel unsafe and cold and hungry. Please donate to this amazing cause to help people a lot less fortunate than us.

We will also be helping to pack and deliver food hampers on Christmas Eve. This is such an amazing charity, if you can help please get involved!
