I haven't run since the Cross Country at school, some 35 years ago.  I have signed up with Team Heart to run 5K and I am determined to do it non stop to raise money for the fight against Breast Cancer. 

I have met too many women approaching 50 who have been diagnosed with Breast Cancer just before their first mammogram, one in particular.  This is my small way of doing my little bit to contribute toward this huge fight.
