For those of you who may not know, my name is Anna Cattermole and I am lucky enough to have the most amazing family and friends a girl could wish for. Family and friends whom I am endlessly proud to call my own and never have I needed those amazing people more than over these past eighteen months when I have sadly suffered two miscarraiges and countless fertility treatments, surgeries and dissapointments and it was these wonderful people who have stood by us and helped us through both the ups and the downs of this hard and trying time. They never fail to surprise me with their love and kindness and just a few months ago they had me in awe, yet again, as my amazing cousin Grant Morrison told me that he and 8 other members of our lovely family had grouped together and decided to run the Edinburgh Marathon for Tommys - an amazing charity who supports women and families who have suffered the tradgedy of miscarriages, still births and premature births - in honour of both the losses my husband and I had suffered and the tragic still birth of Kyle McGuire, the beautiful son of Rachel and Michael Mcguire in 2009, two of our families other dear cousins.

We have both a girls and a boys team taking part in the Edinburgh Marathon 2012 Relay, this May, and my lovely cousin Grant is taking on the half marathon too - all for this amazing charity! Our lovely girls are Fiona Hynd Morrison, Sarah Freeman Thomas, Carly Freeman and Carole Freeman and our amazing boys are Michael Mcguire, Jamie Cattermole, James Thomas and Calum Morrison and then the lovely Grant Morrison is tackling the half marathon solo! These are nine wonderful people who are giving their all to this event and this charity so please, please give graciously with whatever you can to help these amazing people achieve their amazing goal!
