Many of you will be aware that in 2009 I cycled from Leeds to Paris, despite not having been on a bike since about the age of 12. With the pain erased from my mind, I seem to have signed myself up for another mad challenge that is longer and harder than before: Leeds to Berlin!

That's right, 8 days, 550 miles and just my bike and legs to get me there. The padded shorts are being dusted down, now all I need is support from you guys...
