I am running in the Sudbury Fun Run on Good Friday in aid of the Halstead and Sudbury NCT Branch.  Believe me when I say I am not a natural born runner!  The fun run is only 5 miles but it's been a long hard slog to get fit let me tell you!  It's the first New Year's resolution I have ever stuck to I think!

I am running it in aid of my NCT branch as I have really benefited since having children from being a member of it.  The NCT (also known as the National Childbirth Trust) is UK's leading charity for parents. Every year they support thousands of people through the incredible life changing experience of pregnancy, birth and early parenthood.  Becoming a parent is a life-enhancing experience, but it can also be challenging and sometimes stressful. The Sudbury NCT Playgroup is looking to buy new equipment so that it can continue to offer new parents reassurance and mutual support in a comfortable and stimulating environment.
