This year I have decided (in a moment of madness) to take part in the Manchester Shine Marathon to fund the work of Cancer Research UK. I am walking specifically to raise money to fund research into Brain Cancer, having lost two good friends to this disease. The walk is a 26.2 miles night-time walk.
