A couple of years ago my friend Paula underwent some gruelling  treatment for breast cancer and luckily made a full recovery.  Since then I've vowed to do something for the charities that helped her.  She is now fit and well so we are both doing the China cycle challenge together to raise as much money as we can for Breast Cancer Care, Jo's Cervical Cancer Trust and Ovarian Cancer Action.   We will be cycling 450km (nearly 300 miles) across China in September 2014.  I've run marathons for charity but I've never done anything quite like this before!
