Hello,

 

We are three friends, all very close to 60 years of age and we are going to climb Kilimanjaro. Some say we are mad, others say we are brave, but we say we are lucky to be healthy enough to do this challenge.

We all know of family or friends who have been unfortunate to suffer from cancer, some thankfully have recovered, but some sadly have not. Bowel cancer like so many other cancers, if detected early enough can be treated and a full recovery can be made. Bowel Cancer UK is very active in raising the awareness of the illness, subsequently saving lives.

We are paying the full cost of the Challenge ourselves so all monies kindly donated will go direct to Bowel Cancer UK.

We will be most grateful for any donation large or small.
