Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I believe that mental health awareness is such an important issue both in the Guards and for everyone in general. Unfortunately, we all know someone with depression or someone who has committed suicide. I'm hoping our 4 Peaks Challenge will bring these issues to the forefront and people will start discussing them and as a result someone who needs help will ask for it. If you need help please ask, it's not easy but it's the first step on your journey. My own father committed suicide in 1984 and it's not something that ever goes away for those left behind with the unanswered questions and the why's and what ifs. I'm doing this challenge in his memory.
