Well, it's that time again!  As some of you know my annual exercise regime kicks in around the time I need to do my RFL.  I'm sure many of you know someone who has been affected by this disease.  I unfortunately have had news this year of several people who have been diagnosed with some form of this disease - my thoughts and prayers are with them and their loved ones.  

Having learnt this news I am more determined to raise funds for a cause which I have always believed in and one that I hope you will support.   As always if you are a UK taxpayer please tick the Giftaid box, it will cost you nothing more.
