As most of you know I have suffered with Ulcerative Colitis for the last 11 years.

For those of you who dont know much about the disease its pretty much like your worst case of food poisoning. But every day!

Most days I can carry on through it but it does make me very tired and I need a lot of support from my family at times.

We are taking part in a fundraising walk in central London to raise money for Crohns and Colitis UK. This charity provides help, guidance and support to ordinary people like me, who are trying to cope with this horrible disease. The charity is also funding research into treament and hopefully one day a cure.
