Throughout November, I’m going to be participating in YoungMinds’ #15MinuteChallenge. Every week I will pick one new challenge to do every day for 15minutes.
These challenges will help me get active, get creative or get mindful which is a great way for me to boost my wellbeing, have fun and stay positive.
Through #15MinuteChallenge I am also raising money for the young people’s mental health charity YoungMinds, so they can be there for young people who are struggling right now.
There’s a young people’s mental health crisis in the UK, but I believe that things can get better.
Loads of us are struggling with our mental health and together we can make a difference.
