As you all know the last 12 months have been challenging to say the least. Fortunately things are very much on the up and I am feeling so positive and happy now.

Last week I won a pretty amazing competition!

This triathlon is part of the World Cup Series and will have all the superstars of Triathlon competing, it's going to be very exciting! I get to compete on what will be the 2012 Olympic course.

On top of that I won a complete triathlon starter kit including a new bike!

As if all that isn't great I will also get a coaching session with the legendary Daley Thompson. He was an idol of mine when I was young and I'm so excited to be able to meet him.

So with all those amazing gifts I thought I would try to raise some money for the great charity that has given all this to me at a time when I really need boosts like this.

If you are able to donate I would appreciate it very much as I'd love to give something back for all that they are giving me.
