Story
We are Karen and Anita, and have both worked for the RSPCA for over 20 years. Our aviaries have been around for as long as we have and are no longer fit for purpose. We are not very fit (or fast) but have loved cycling together during lockdown, so are going to cycle 100 miles on our days off during March to try and raise £1500. The birds we have at the centre have often been badly neglected, and some have never had the chance to fly. Please help us to give them a safe place in which to recover. Thank you.
The RSPCA West Hatch Animal Centre can care for over 150 animals at any one time including, cats, dogs and small mammals. It costs over £2000 per day to keep the centre running.
