Ellie, Heather and I are running 5k in Sutton Park in the Race for Life event on 12th July.  While Heather is super-fit and an experienced marathon runner, this will be just the second time that Ellie and I have done something like this.  We are running in memory of Les and Jackie Brock (my sorely missed Mom and Dad and Ellie's dear Nan and Grandad).  We'd be so, so grateful if you will please sponsor us so that we can support Cancer Research UK and help to continue the great work done in an effort to beat this horrible disease.
