Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever.Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.

So after thinking I had missed my chance to run the Great North Run I did end up doing it! It was incredible! Now I continue to train looking towards the Birmingham Half marathon on Oct 13th where I will be kitted out in Alzheimers Society gear! Hopefully I will manage to do it sub 2h30 🤞 we shall see!

Alzheimers is a condition close to my heart and as time goes on I am hearing about more people I know affected by this.
