I will be attempting to run the official 130 mile coastal path of Anglesey on my usual shoestring budget, self-supported over 3 days.

To save myself money on transport, I have concocted the genius idea of cycling the 140 miles to and from the start line in Holyhead. To save money on accommodation, I will be carrying minimalist camping kit and basic itinerary as I run.

Now, as I'm completely out of endurance fitness right now, I suppose I'd better get training....
