A huge thank you to everybody who has sponsored me. I cannot believe how much with your amazing generosity I have raised for the Motor Neurone Disease Association. Well I have completed the London marathon and it was a fantastic, amazing emotional day. The spectators were wonderful and when I was feeling jolly tired from 22 miles onward and it was sleeting people kept shouting out encouragement. It was brilliant. So for those of you who are interested in my time I finished in 4 hours 38 mins. I was really pleased although must admit would have like to have done under 4 hours 30. Anway it was fun, my running partners were wonderful and I'm never doing another one.  Thanks again for all your kindness.
